Design of a comprehensive methodology for the lean manufacturing implementation in the colombian context

Abstract:
 Introduction: This article is the product of research "design a comprehensive methodology for implementation lean manufacturing in Colombian context", carried out during years 2019, 2020 and 2021 Bogotá, Cundinamarca.
 Problem: Existing Lean Manufacturing methodologies do not take into account organizational aspects culture country which it being developed, thus making its full difficult.
 Objective: Propose that allows increasing successful application industry.
 Methodology: presents review analysis existing results problems processes industry, as well designed.
 Results: To achieve context, an adequate follow-up process required, commitment company's senior managers, definition appropriate leaders training personnel.
 Conclusion: project seeks to propose flexible adjusts conditions.
 Originality: integrates key success factors associated with context methodology.
 Limitations: The sample size diagnosis degree industry from be included are taken.
